The Pomona Shop
The bottega of Pomona offers, according to the season, the best of its collection fields. The fruits cultivated as Nature wants are transformed and preserved according to the ancient methods handed down by the peoples in the Mediterranean area, drying and fermentation above all. There are figs, first of all, dried and “maritati” or sun dried and then cooked in a heart-to-heart oven and filled with roasted almonds. Aromatic herbs for herbal teas. Extra virgin olive oil. “The fruit leather”, obtained by blending the pitted fresh fruit and then exposed to the sun. There are juices and jellies, jams and jams, there is quince and there are dried vegetables. And there is a space dedicated to natural cosmetics, soaps, creams and chemical-free balms.
There is also a small library for passionate botanists or simply curious about the things of nature. And there is the Pomona calendar, to bring the garden into your house all year round.
